About the house
Our home base for the weekend is located at 3 Camps Flat Road in Kent, Connecticut, in the heart of beautiful Litchfield County. The house is a converted antique dairy barn sitting on seven acres of lawn, ponds, gardens and trees. It’s owned by friends of ours, who have generally leant it to us for the weekend. Amenities include…
…a pool!
…a fire pit!
…a zip line!
…a trampoline!
…an enormous room where kids can hang out!
…several TVs!
…an air hockey table!
…a basketball hoop!
…a screened-in porch!
…an enormous gas grill!
…lots of space for lawn games, areas of sitting and chatting!
…furnishings suitable for napping upon!
The house is five minutes up the mountain from the quaint New England town of Kent , and is in an area full of hiking trails, little shops, and sites of historical interest.
Schedule of Events
This section is a work-in-progress. It will be updated as we have more details.
NOTE:
There will be Yanks on site to welcome you as early as Thursday, but official Frankie 2026 programming begins on Friday.
Friday
We’ll have a welcome barbeque at the house and hang out by the fire pit and the pool until it seems like we should all go to bed.
Saturday
Golf and activities for non-golfers, followed by a catered dinner at the house.
Prizes will be awarded. They will be mind-blowing.
Sunday
Send-off brunch at the house. Eggs, bacon, tearful hugs.
